Accounts, Audit & Collections Executive

We are looking for an Accounts, Audit & Collections Executive with 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and managing collections to ensure the company’s financial stability.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections while maintaining client relationships.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets).
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and legal regulations.
• Enter and update financial data accurately in company systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com) in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or collections.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
