Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong leadership and analytical skills to manage our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and oversee financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
• Generate accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage daily financial operations: accounts, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Monitor costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Partner with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
