MARKETING MANAGER

At Silpi Advertising , we specialize in high-impact Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising , including hoardings, billboards, transit media, signage, and indoor branding solutions. Our goal is to create powerful visual campaigns that maximize brand visibility and connect businesses with their audience in the real world.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of OOH advertising to drive client acquisition, strengthen market presence, and lead innovative outdoor branding campaigns.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on OOH and outdoor media solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and manage high-quality leads
• Promote services such as hoardings, billboards, transit ads, and branding solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
• Plan and execute location-based OOH campaigns for maximum visibility and impact
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for smooth campaign execution
• Identify premium outdoor advertising locations and market opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and trends in the OOH advertising industry

Requirements

•  Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising 
  
•  Experience in OOH, media, or advertising industry preferred  
•  Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills 
  
•  Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-ready mindset 
  
•  Candidates based in or familiar with TVM preferred
