We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client connections, driving business growth, and shaping long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding solutions and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Represent Silpi Advertising with professionalism in all client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or client relations preferred.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
