With a strong presence in the industry, we are committed to delivering impactful campaigns that connect businesses with their audience.We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, support audits, oversee collections, and ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management

  • Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable.

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

  • Maintain proper documentation and organized financial records.

Audit Support

  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing financial statements, schedules, and supporting documents.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards during audit processes.

Collections

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up to ensure timely collections.

  • Coordinate with clients to resolve payment-related issues while maintaining professional relationships.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management as required.

GST & Statutory Compliance

  • Handle GST entries, reconciliation, and return filings.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Data Entry & Accounting Systems

  • Accurately enter and maintain financial data in accounting software.

  • Work extensively with Tally and other accounting tools as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) or Master’s degree (M.Com) in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit support, or collections.

  • Strong knowledge of GST processes, compliance, and filings.

  • Proficiency in Tally.

  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • High attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills.
