Warehouse / Workshop Incharge

We are seeking a Warehouse / Workshop Incharge to oversee our inventory, assets, vehicle movement, and overall workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing resources efficiently. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership and organizational skills. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Supervise daily operations of the warehouse and workshop. 

• Manage and maintain inventory and stock keeping of all materials, tools, and equipment. 

• Conduct asset audits periodically and ensure proper tracking of company assets. 

• Oversee vehicle movement and management, including scheduling, usage, and maintenance. 

• Assign jobs to team members and ensure timely completion of tasks. 

• Ensure safe storage, handling, and timely dispatch of goods. 

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material usage, and workshop activities. 

• Oversee maintenance and servicing of equipment and workshop tools. 

• Coordinate with project teams for material requirements and deliveries. 

• Enforce safety standards and operational discipline within the warehouse/workshop. 

• Verify incoming and outgoing goods with proper documentation. 

• Support management in audits, reporting, and compliance activities. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Graduate degree is mandatory (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred). 

• Ex-Servicemen preferred (Army, Navy, Air Force, or equivalent background). 

• Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational skills. 

• Knowledge of inventory control, asset management, and vehicle operations. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic warehouse management tools. 

• Ability to manage people, processes, and equipment effectively. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
